Sand
When you come to E J Shaw & Son, you will find a huge range of sand.
Yellow and White brickie (bush) sand
This sand is preferred by bricklayers when laying bricks and blocks. When mixed with cement and lime it makes a mortar that is easy to work with. It's available in yellow and white which allows for different mortar colours.
Sydney / Newcastle sand
The sand that is suitable for rendering and tiling, it is also used in concrete mix, kids sand pits, and suitable to be brushed between pavers.
We have brick (bush) sand, filling sand, rendering sand; in fact just about every kind of sand you can think of is in our yard.

Not everyone has a ute or a trailer and sometimes it is just easier to have things delivered.
At E J Shaw & Son we offer a complete delivery service.
Our vehicles are on-site daily, you can be sure your sand or gravel supplies will be delivered promptly. We will deliver to anywhere in Sydney metro either with our small trucks that will make it into your driveway, or large trucks and trailers for commercial orders.
If you need something lifted over a fence or on a to the second floor we have a truck with crane to help you out.
